Accepting Imperfection… is this years Reflections theme for 2024-2025!
DEADLINE: November 8, 2024
PROGRAM: Reflections has been a staple arts program in many schools for over 50 years. Through the efforts of our Local PTAs, millions of students have found a creative outlet in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts.
STATEMENT: The entries will be judged on the art piece and the artists' statement. The types of art categories are dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts. The artists' statement must explain how this art piece fits the theme. There are 4 rounds including local, council, state and national each with different awards. Participants must be a student PTA member for 2024-2025 or have a PTA member in their household.
SUBMISSIONS: Complete the entry form or a paper hard copy (located in the school office). All submissions must be turned in DIGITALLY to reflections@mcmillanjrhighpta.com. Digital files can be turned in via email attachment or a Google Drive link.
