Please read through the information in the packet below. Participants must turn in the two forms linked below by Monday, April 27th at 3:30pm. Forms can be turned into the PTA treasure chest in the front office or email files/pictures/screenshots to vp@mcmillanjrhighpta.com. Also, feel free to email any questions.
